How to Change your "Favicon"

Do you know what is "Favicon"? Favicon is a small logo that appear near the address bar. Example, if you browse the blogger.com site, so the blogger's favicon is a white little letter "B" with orange accent like this

Okay, today I've changed my favicon into a hello kitty one (you can check it with look beside your address bar when you blogwalking to my blog :D), and now I wanna share, how to change this one. I will write it for you into 2 languages, English and Indonesian, happy try fellas :D

1. You need a picture! and the maximum size is 32x32 pixels, but I suggest you to make it into 16x16 pixels.
(Kamu perlu sebuah gambar! dan ukuran maksimumnya adalah 32x32 piksel, tapi aku menyarankan untuk membatnya menjadi 16x16 piksel)

2. And make sure that picture is a *.ico format (not *.jpg, *.bit, *.pdf or anything else). If you want to convert your picture into *.ico format, you can try this site, it can convert your picture into *.ico format freely. Or you can use picture with *.ico format by browsing it in internet.
(Dan pastikan gambar itu berformat *.ico (bukan *.jpg, *.bit, *.pdf atau yang lain). Kalau kamu mau merubah gambarmu menjadi *.ico, kamu bisa mencoba situs ini, situs tersebut bisa merubah gambarmu menjadi format *.ico secara gratis. Atau kamu juga bisa menggunakan gambar dengan format *.ico dengan cara mencarinya di internet).

3. After you are ready with your image, then you can go to this site, and then click the "Icon Generator" tab, upload your image, and then copy the url code.
(Setelah kamu siap dengan gambarmu, kamu bisa menuju situs ini, dan selanjutnya klik "Icon Generator", upload gambar kamu, dan salin lah kode url nya)


4. And then, open your blogger id, choose "Layout" and then "Edit HTML". Paste the url code (look the image below to know where you must place it)
(selanjutnya, buka id blogger anda, pilih "Layout" dan lalu "Edit HTML". Letakkan kode url (lihat gambar di bawah untuk mengetahui di mana anda harus meletakkan url tersebut))

5. And finally, click "Save Template" and look to your new Favicon!! Happy trying :)
(Dan akhirnya, klik "Save Template" dan lihatlah Favicon mu yang baru!! Selamat mencoba :))
